Join us in Berlin for the 25th International Normal Labour and Birth Research Conference — a leading international meeting on midwifery and physiological birth.

The conference will take place at the historic Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus just a short walk from Berlin’s central railway station.

Why exhibit?

We expect around 500 participants from over 30 countries, offering an excellent opportunity to present your products, services, or innovations directly to midwives, clinicians, researchers, and maternity care experts.

Prime visibility for exhibitors

All attendees access the main lecture hall via the upper floor. This means the route leads through the foyer and the Wandelhalle, ensuring that every participant passes the exhibition area. The elevator provides an alternative path, but due to its limited size it is rarely used.

The venue is a listed historic building; exhibition spaces have therefore been carefully adapted to the architectural conditions.

Key details

• Conference dates: Three full days (approx. 9:00–18:00 on days 1–2; approx. 9:00–16:00 on day 3)
• Workshops in smaller rooms; plenary sessions in the main hall
• Expected attendance: approx. 500 participants
• Additional upper-floor access to the gallery (no exhibition space)
